Curry Rivel Music Concert: 21 March 2015
7pm, St Andrew’s Church, Curry Rivel
Tickets will be £12 each (students are free), and will be available on the door or from Curry Rivel Post Office. There will be an interval for refreshments of tea, coffee or wine.
The brilliance and exuberance of the students of Wells has impressed us before and assures us of a delightful and moving evening. Around twenty final-year students will be performing for us.
The programme will be:
- Malcolm Arnold Sea Shanties – wind quintet
- Gordon Carr – Sinfonietta – wind ensemble
- Mozart – Serenade for Winds – wind ensemble
- Janacek – Sinfonietta – brass quintet
- and possibly: Bach – 3 Bach Chorales – brass quintet
